Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be granted under the following circumstances:

  • If the project is canceled by the client or the company before any work has commenced.
  • If the company fails to deliver the agreed-upon deliverables within the specified timeframe, provided no delays were caused by the client.
  • If the final deliverables do not meet the agreed specifications outlined in the signed contract or agreement.

2. Non-Refundable Conditions

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Work has already commenced, and deliverables have been partially or fully completed as per the agreed milestones.
  • Delays are caused by the client due to lack of communication, untimely feedback, or failure to provide required inputs.
  • The client changes project scope or requirements mid-development without a signed addendum.
  • Issues arise due to third-party integrations, hosting providers, or other external dependencies outside the company’s control.

3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, clients must:

  • Submit a formal refund request via email or through the company’s support system, stating the reason for the request and any supporting documentation.
  • Allow the company up to 7 business days to review the request and respond with a resolution.

4. Refund Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days from the date of approval.
  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed upon.

5. Disputes

If a dispute arises regarding a refund, both parties agree to resolve the matter through arbitration, as specified in the contract.

6. Custom Work Exclusion

Custom software development and design services are highly tailored to client specifications. Refunds may not be applicable for such services once the development process has begun.

7. Third-Party Services

Payments made for third-party tools, licenses, or services (e.g., hosting, domain registration, plugins) are non-refundable, as these are procured on behalf of the client.
